The decision to changing the job does not happen suddenly, contrariwise on the basis of a chain process, first, the person is dissatisfied with any reason for his job and when his displeasure with his job exceeds the threshold of his tolerance, he is beginning to searches for a new job and if new jobs provided his consent to change, he will change his job. This process applies to all workers and shows dynamics of labor market. This paper examines this chain process in the labor market at Ilam province. Based on the results of this paper, activity correspond to job, Fringe benefits, age, Conflicts with supervisor, good relation with colleagues, learning opportunities, stress, education, and tasks diversity are the most important factors affecting job dissatisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction is a major factor in looking for a new job, which in fact predicts actual job changes. Job search is also the main factors that determining the probability of changing jobs. The other conclusion is that job satisfaction is a determining factor in job transitions indirectly. The estimation results show that 11 investigated variables have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Also, the interactive effect of the above variables on job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on job search. Finally, the estimation of job change model shows the positive and significant effect of job search on job change.
