fa تجربه اثربخشی محققان ایرانی برای توسعه پایدار در مؤسسات مأموریت محور آموزش عالی _ ترس ولرز میان قابلیت های درونی و واقعیت های بیرونی Iranian Researchers' experience of the Effectiveness for Sustainable Development in mission-oriented Institutions of Higher Education; fear and trembling between internal competencies and external realities عمومی General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مطالعات آموزش عالی نتوانسته اند نظام سیاستگذاری و اوضاع آن را در جهت توسعه پایدار کشور به سامان کنند. برای فهمی از ابعاد و ریشه های مسأله، با روش نظریۀ برپایه یا برخاسته از شواهد وداده های موقعیتی(GT)به تجربه زیسته شده  ۳۲ تن عضو هیأت علمی با تنوعات جنسی، مرتبه، تخصص،  وضعیت استخدامی، علایق، حوزه های مختلف فعالیت و سبک کار علمی  در مؤسسات مأموریت محور معطوف به سیاستگذاری نظام علمی و دانشگاهی و آموزش عالی رجوع شد. کاربرد تکنیک «تحلیل مداوم  همسنجانۀ داده ها وشواهد» به الگوواره ای از  درونِ زندگی تجربه شدۀ تحقیقاتی این محققان در مؤسسات هدف  انجامید. محققان در وضعیت مرزی دوگانه ای میان واقعیت های بیرونی و قابلیت های درونی دست به تاکتیک های رفتاری می زنند و راهبردهایی در حیات پژوهشی خود در پیش می گیرند. متغیرهایی در طی این فرایند مداخله می کنند که مهمترینش، قابلیت های اکتسابی محققان  است و در پنج شایستگی اصلی بازنمایی شد. هرکدام خصیصه های ریزتری دارند که بتفصیل بیان شد. با تحلیل ماتریس قابلیت و اثر بخشی، چهار حالت به دست آمد که در نقطه بهینه اش شایستگی های محققان به ثمر بخشی اجتماعی برای توسعه پایدار کافی می انجامد. برای حدود  ۶۰ نوع راهبردی که محققان در پیش می گیرند یک میانگین ارزش کمی تقریبی وتخمینی(در مقیاس  صد) از حیث احتمال اثربخشی  اجتماعی  برآورد شد و بیشترین مقدارش ۱۰۰  وکمترینش ۴  است. با توجه به تنوع ذی نفعان (حدود ۴۰ نوع در ۱۰ خوشه) راه های نرفته ای همچنان پیش پای محققان این حوزه  هست. </div> "روش ارجاع به مقاله" فراستخواه، مقصود (1403). تحلیل رابطه بین شایستگی‌‌های پژوهشگران و اثربخشی پژوهش‌ها؛ مطالعه موردی اعضای هیأت علمی مؤسسات مأموریت محور آموزش عالی. فصلنامه اقتصاد توسعه دانش بنیان، دوره 1، شماره 3، ص  33-1.   Higher education studies have not been able to improve the policy system of the country and its role in the sustainable development. A grounded research method was applied for understanding the dimensions and roots of this problem. The lived experience of 32 faculty members was referred to in mission-oriented institutions focused on the policy studies of the scientific and university system and higher education; with variations in gender, academic rank, expertise, employment status, interests, different fields of activity and scientific work style. The application of the CCDA technique led to a paradigm model for exploring   the lived experiences of these researchers in the target institutions. Researchers take on behavioral tactics in a dual border situation between external realities and internal competencies. They take different strategies in their research life. Groups of variables intervene during this process, the most important of which is the researchers' aquired competences which were represented in five main groups. Each of them has characteristics that have been described in detail. By analyzing the competency and effectiveness matrix, four modes were obtained which are at their optimal point, researchers' competencies lead to social effectivness for sustainable development. For about 60 types of strategies that researchers undertake, an approximate quantitative average value (on a scale of 100) was estimated in terms of the probability of social effectiveness. The highest value is 100 and the lowest is 4.
