fa تبیین عوامل زیست بوم کارآفرینی در دانشگاه ها و مراکز آموزش عالی An Explanation of the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in Universities and Higher Education Centers عمومی General پژوهشي Research این پژوهش با هدف تبیین عوامل زیست بوم کارآفرینی در دانشگاه ها و مراکز آموزش عالی کشور انجام شد که از منظر گردآوری داده ها از نوع میدانی، از منظر کنترل متغیرها از نوع غیرآزمایشی، از لحاظ هدف؛ کاربردی و از لحاظ روش؛ جزء تحقیقات آمیخته اکتشافی- متوالی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری مورد بررسی فعالان استارت آپی کشور بودند. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، نمونه‌ای به حجم ۲۸۶ نفر به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS۲۲ استفاده گردید. مطابق یافته &lrm;ها؛ مؤلفه سیاست به&lrm;واسطه عامل های تقویت بخش خصوصی، تعیین متولی، حمایت از کارآفرینی مولد، توسعه متوازن، جذابیت مالی جهت ورود به زیست بوم، مؤلفه فرهنگی به&lrm;واسطه عامل&lrm;های الگوهای موفق کارآفرینی، توسعه فرهنگ کارآفرینی و تفکر کارآفرینانه، مؤلفه سرمایه انسانی به&lrm;واسطه عامل&lrm;های زیست بوم آموزش مهارت‌های کسب&lrm;و&lrm;کار، بازنگری در ساختار آموزش عالی، پرورش نیروی انسانی، ترغیب اساتید به کارآفرینی و هدفمندکردن بودجه دانشگاه، مؤلفه حمایت به واسطه عامل های نقش مشاوران، تأمین فضای فیزیکی، زیرساخت های قانونی و نهادهای حامی کارآفرینی، مؤلفه بازار به&lrm;واسطه&lrm; شبکه‌سازی، بستر رقابتی و چهره سیاسی بازار کشور و مؤلفه سرمایه مالی به&lrm;واسطه&lrm; عامل های دسترسی به منابع مالی و تزریق مالی به هنگام تعریف شدند. قابل ذکر است، با ایفای نقش مؤثر دانشگاه ها و مراکز آموزش عالی دانشجویان و دانش آموختگان به سلاح مهارت‌های کارآفرینی مجهز شده و برای راه‌اندازی کسب&lrm;وکار خود ترغیب می‌شوند، لذا پیشنهاد میگردد دانشگاه ها و مراکز آموزش عالی کشور با دیگر بازیگران و فعالان عرصه کارآفرینی تعامل پویا و سازنده ای برقرار نمایند.        This research was carried out with the aim of explaining the factors of entrepreneurship ecosystem in universities and higher education centers of the country, and is considered field research in terms of data collection, non-experimental in terms of controlling the variables, applied research in terms of purpose, and exploratory sequential mixed method research in terms of methodology. The statistical population of the study consisted of startup activists in Iran. Using the Cochran formula, a sample comprising 286 individuals was selected randomly. For data analysis, we used the SPSS22 software. According to the findings, the policy component was identified through the factors of “strengthening the private sector”, “appointing a trustee”, “supporting productive entrepreneurship”, “balanced development” and “financial attractiveness for entering the ecosystem”; the cultural component was identified through the factors of “entrepreneurial success stories”, and “developing entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurial thinking”; the human capital component was identified through the factors of “agricultural business skills training ecosystem”, “reviewing the higher education structure”, “manpower training”, “encouraging the professors to become entrepreneurs” and “target-based budgeting in universities”; the support component was identified through the factors of “the role of advisors” and “providing the physical space, legal infrastructure and entrepreneurial support institutions”; the market component was identified through the factors of “networking”, “competitive platform” and “the political status of the country’s market”; and the financial capital component was identified through the factors of “access to financial resources” and “timely financial injections”.
