fa ارزیابی سطح کارآفرینی دانشگاه‌های ایران عمومی General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:120%">با توجه به انباشت و تراکم دانش علمی در دانشگاه‌‌های امروزی، انتظار می‌رود که آن‌ها سهم قابل توجهی در توسعه و اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان و همچنین ایجاد و تقویت جامعه دانشی داشته باشند. به‌علاوه، بر اساس ویژگی‌‌های مختلف و متنوع نسل‌‌های دانشگاهی، سهم دانشگاه‌‌های کارآفرین در توسعه دانایی‌محور و همسویی آن‌ها با اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان بیش از سایر انواع نسل‌‌های دانشگاهی است. دانشگاه کارآفرین به‌عنوان نسل سوم نظام دانشگاهی یکی از سناریو‌های دانشگاه آینده برای مشارکت نظام آموزش‌عالی در فرایند توسعه ملی دانایی‌محور است. کارآفرینی، دانشگاهی از راهبرد‌های کلیدی ارتقای سطح مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی و پاسخگو کردن نهاد علم و تحقق اهداف تغییر اجتماعی و توسعه پایدار است. در این پژوهش، با ارزیابی پنج دانشگاه ایرانی به روش مطالعه موردی بر مبنای چارچوب راهنمای کمیسیون اروپایی و سازمان همکاری‌‌های اقتصادی و توسعه، می‌توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که دانشگاه‌‌های ایران، مسیر بسیار طولانی و دشوار برای تحول و تبدیل شدن به دانشگاه کارآفرین، پیش ‌رو داشته و سهم و نقش نسبتاً ناچیزی در توسعه دانایی‌محور و اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان داشته‌اند. تقویت کارکرد‌های آموزش و پژوهش، توسعه نوآوری و علم باز، تحول دیجیتال، گسترش تحرک علمی بین‌المللی، متنوع‌سازی منابع مالی، انعطاف در روش‌‌ها و جذب و بکارگیری منابع انسانی، توسعه زیرساخت‌‌های نرم و سخت پشتیبانی از کارآفرینان، از</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:120%">ملاک‌‌های کلیدی برای تحقق دانشگاه کارآفرین و به تبع آن، ارتقای سهم و نقش دانشگاه‌‌های ایران در توسعه و اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان می‌باشد. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Given the accumulation and concentration of scientific knowledge in today&#39;s universities, it is expected that they will make a significant contribution to the knowledge-based development and economy as well as the creation and strengthening of the knowledge community. In addition, based on the different and diverse characteristics of university generations, the contribution of entrepreneurial universities in the knowledge-based development and their alignment with the knowledge-based economy is more than other types of university generations. Entrepreneurial university as the third generation of the university is one of the scenarios of the future university for the participation of the higher education in the national development process. Entrepreneurship of universities is one of the key strategies for raising of social responsibility and holding higher education accountable and achieving the goals of social change and sustainable development. In the study, by evaluating five Iranian universities using a case study method based on the model agreed upon by the EC and the OECD, It can be concluded that Iranian universities have a very long and difficult path to transform and become an entrepreneurial university, and have a relatively small role in the development of knowledge-based and knowledge-based economy.
