fa فرا ارزیابی کیفیت گزارش‌های ارزیابی‌ درونی گروه‌های آموزشی دانشگاه‌های دولتی ایران و پیشنهاد برای بهبودی آنها عمومی General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;">هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی کیفیت گزارش&shy;&shy; های ارزیابی&shy; درونی گروه &shy;های آموزشی دانشگاه &shy;های دولتی ایران با رویکرد فراارزیابی می‌باشد. این پژوهش؛ شامل دو بخش کمّی و کیفی می&shy;باشد. در بخش کمّی، جامعه پژوهش؛ شامل تمامی گزارش‌های ارزیابی درونی گروه‌های آموزشی موجود در سازمان سنجش تا سال ۱۳۹۵ می‌باشد. با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای، تعداد ۳۶ گزارش از پنج گروه آموزشی علوم انسانی، علوم مهندسی، علوم پایه، علوم کشاورزی، و هنر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. به منظور پاسخ به سوالات پژوهش از پرسشنامه فراارزیابی محقق &shy;ساخته برای بررسی کیفیت گزارش&shy; های ارزیابی درونی استفاده شد. با استفاده از روش پایایی بین دو ارزیاب، میزان پایایی پرسشنامه ۸۷ درصد محاسبه شد. جهت تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه از آماره‌های توصیفی استفاده گردید. یافته &shy;های پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل داده‌های پرسشنامه نشان داد که کیفیت تدوین گزارش‌های ارزیابی درونی در گروه‌های مختلف مناسب بوده است. هر چند که در برخی موارد، بویژه در مبحث کیفیت محتوا، نیازمند بهبودبخشی هستند.</span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="tab-stops:76.5pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><i><span lang="FA" style="font-size:6.0pt"><span style="line-height:120%"></span></span></i></b></span></span></span></span></span></span><strong> </strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;">Using meta-evaluation approach, the purpose of this study was to investigate the quality of the internal evaluation reports of educational departments of Iranian universities. This research was carried out in two quantitative and qualitative phases. In the quantitative phase, the target population consisted of all the internal evaluation reports of educational departments up to 2017. Using stratified random sampling, 36 reports from five humanities, engineering sciences, basic sciences, agricultural sciences, and art were selected as sample. In order to answer the research questions, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the quality of internal evaluation reports. Using the inter-rater reliability, the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated 87%. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data. The findings of the study showed that the writing quality of internal evaluation reports was appropriate in different groups.
