fa اندازه گیری کارایی شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان و فناور بخش کشاورزی: مطالعه موردی پارک علم و فناوری خراسان رضوی عمومی General پژوهشي Research <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">زمینه و هدف: دانش و فناوری در الگوهای نوین توسعه کشاورزی، از جایگاه مهمی در رشد و توسعه کشاورزی پایدار برخوردار است و از این الگوها تحت عنوان کشاورزی علمی، کشاورزی مبتنی بر دانش و فناوری یاد می‌شوند. با توجه به شکل‌گیری و توسعه شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان در چند سال گذشته، به نظر می‌رسد ارزیابی این شرکت‌ها از ابعاد مختلف بخصوص از لحاظ کارایی می‌تواند علاوه بر تصویرگری کنونی بنگاه‌ها، پیام‌های لازم را برای طراحی مسیر آتی حرکت آن‌ها به برنامه‌ریزان این عرصه ارائه دهد تا با شتاب بیشتر و در مسیری بهتر به اهداف ترسیم‌شده برای آن دست یابند. با توجه به این مهم هدف مطالعه حاضر اندازه&shy;گیری کارایی شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان بخش کشاورزی در استان خراسان رضوی می&shy;باشد. </span></span></strong></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">روش پژوهش: در این مطالعه برای محاسبه میزان کارایی شرکت‌ها دانش‌بنیان و فناور در اشتغال‌زایی از روش تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها (</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">DEA</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">) و مدل بازدهی متغیر نسبت به مقیاس (</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">VRS</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">) استفاده‌شده است. در این پژوهش مدل تحلیل پوششی</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">DEA</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black"> استفاده‌شده به دو صورت ستاده محور و نهاده محور با استفاده از نرم‌افزار دیپ محاسبه‌شده است.</span></span></strong></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="color:black">نتیجه &shy;گیری: در مدل ستاده گرا 63 درصد شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان و فناوری کارایی بین 80 الی 100 می&shy;باشد بنابراین می‌توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که شرکت‌ها دانش‌بنیان و فناوری کشاورزی در مبحث اشتغال‌زایی به‌صورت مطلوبی عمل کرده‌&shy; و میزان کارایی 8 درصد از شرکت‌ها بین 40 الی 60 می‌باشد. </span></span></strong></span></span><br> &nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Context:</span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> Knowledge and technology in new models of agricultural development have an important place in the growth and development of sustainable agriculture, and these models are referred to as scientific agriculture, agriculture based on knowledge and technology. Considering the formation and development of knowledge-based and technology companies in the past few years, it seems that the evaluation of these companies from different dimensions, especially in terms of efficiency, can provide the necessary messages to the planners of this field to design their future path in addition to the current image of the companies, so that with more speed</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt">and achieve the goals in a better way. Considering this fact, the aim of the present study is to measure the efficiency of knowledge-based companies in the agricultural sector in Razavi Khorasan province.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Content:</span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt"> In this study, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Variable Return To Scale (VRS</span>^{<span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt">1</span>}<span style="font-size:12.0pt">) model were used to calculate the efficiency of knowledge-based companies in creating employment.
