fa پاندمی کرونا و بین‌المللی شدن آموزش عالی در ایران: فرصت‌ها و چالش‌ها عمومی General مروری <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="page-break-after:avoid"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:120%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">پاندمی کرونا (کووید-19) تحولات عمیق در نظام آموزش عالی سراسر جهان ایجاد کرد. این دگرگونی فرصت‌ها و چالش‌هایی را برای بین‌المللی‌شدن آموزش عالی در ایران و جهان به همراه داشت و رویکردها و ساختارهای آموزشی را به طور قابل توجهی تحت‌الشعاع قرار داد. پژوهش حاضر &nbsp;با رویکردی کیفی به دنبال فرصت‌ها و چالش‌ها جهت ارتقای روند بین‌المللی شدن آموزش عالی انجام شده است. در این راستا، مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته عمیقی با 17 نفر از خبرگان و متخصصان برجسته در حوزه بین‌المللی شدن آموزش عالی صورت گرفته است.</span></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:120%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:">تجزیه و تحلیل متن مصاحبه‌ها در مرحله اول، منجر به استخراج 262 عبارت به عنوان کدهای اولیه شد. سپس، این کدها در مراحل مختلف مورد بررسی و بازبینی قرار گرفتند و در نهایت، فرصت‌ها، چالش‌ها و راه‌کارهای مرتبط در قالب دسته‌بندی‌های مجزا ارائه شدند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که اکثر مشارکت‌کنندگان، پاندمی کرونا را فرصتی برای حضور آموزش عالی ایران در عرصه‌های بین‌المللی تلقی می‌کنند و بر این باورند که این بحران، شتاب‌دهنده روند بین‌المللی شدن آموزش عالی بوده است. علاوه بر این، نتایج حاکی از آن است که با اتخاذ رویکردی مناسب و تبدیل چالش‌ها به فرصت‌ها، می‌توان گام‌های موثری در جهت ارتقای آموزش عالی در دوران پساکرونا برداشت.</span></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; The Corona Pandemic (Covid-19) created deep changes in the higher education system around the world. This transformation brought opportunities and challenges for the internationalization of higher education in Iran and the world and significantly overshadowed educational approaches and structures. The current research has been conducted with a qualitative approach, looking for opportunities and challenges to promote the process of internationalization of higher education. In this regard, in-depth semi-structured interviews have been conducted with 17 leading experts and specialists in the field of internationalization of higher education.<br> The analysis of the text of the interviews in the first stage led to the extraction of 262 expressions as primary codes. Then, these codes were examined and revised in different stages and finally, related opportunities, challenges and solutions were presented in the form of separate categories. The findings of the research show that most of the participants consider the Corona pandemic as an opportunity for the presence of Iranian higher education in the international arena and believe that this crisis has accelerated the process of internationalization of higher education.
