Fifteen years after the launch of MBA programs in Management Faculty of Tehran University, quality and implementation methods challenges of the program lead to low rates of satisfaction of students and graduates. Considering this, current study was designed and implemented with the aim of developing strategies for promoting the quality of education and implementation methods of MBA program in the Management Faculty of Tehran University. In this regard, the MBA scientific principles and key success factors in that program was surveyed. After reviewing the approach and scientific structure of this program in universities and academic institutions in the world and Iran, opinions of the teachers and students of MBA program in management faculty of Tehran University were collected and analyzed. Finally, strategies to promote the MBA program of management faculty of Tehran University were provided in four areas, teachers’ related, students’ related, program redesigning related and program implementation related.
