Abstract:   (1621 Views)
The purpose of this article is to demystify the myth of development and progress in the main stream reading, which seems to have not a good impact on humanity, other species or biosphere. From a methodological point of view, monitoring the consequences, derivers, and finally the epistemilogica rooting of this phenomenon required systematic and critical review of the most recent data and findings. These reviews were carried out, as appropriate, in the context of content analysis and meta synthesis. The findings suggest that urgent transformative changes are inevitable. In addition to the need for transitional actions, such transformational changes also require deeper epistemological changes that have not been addressed so far and that need to increase critical, deconstructive and creative thinking on a global realm. This could be the first priority of knowledge-creating institutions, released from Ideologic barriers.
